Firstly, my team and I welcome you to BiciCal!

My love for all things bicycle related began back in 1998 after watching the Giro d’Italia and Tour De France. In order to purchase my first bike, I washed an awful lot of pots in a local restaurant and countless heads of hair in my cousin’s barbers!

After racing competitively as a schoolboy and Junior, I made my move into the ‘real world’ working as a bicycle messenger for 12 years, eventually running my own messenger company. I ran a small team of trusted riders in which we serviced the legal, reprographic and media sectors.

As the need for bicycle couriers became less of a demand, I returned to the bike industry working in sales which in turn led to me starting up my own business with my partner.

I am a passionate advocate for promoting active travel and sustainable means of transport. The brands we are working with have the same ethos and are proud to be working alongside them.
